Property Inspection
We'll examine various aspects of your property's history, including any past water damage or structural issues. Our technicians will also check the status of your HVAC system and assess other factors that could affect the effectiveness of our treatment.
Specialized Equipment
We use specialized equipment such as a moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, boroscope, hygrometer, a Zefon pump, and more to thoroughly assess your property for mold. If mold is not visible, we offer additional air sampling tests.

InstaPURE is the sterilant component of our mould removal treatment. It's the stage of treatment which actually destroys the surface, airborne and hiden mould in your property. It does so by:
Non-Toxic Sterilant
We fill the property with our dry fog, which contains our patented, non-toxic sterilant InstaPURE. It eradicates mold by chemically eroding the cell wall (lysis) and denaturing the protein within, rendering it into inert nothingness.
Reaches Everywhere
Our fogger condenses the molecule size of the sterilant giving it its characteristic 'dryness'. This means it can't condense on surfaces. It fills a room until it's completely saturated the airspace and is touching every surface.
Our Antimicrobial Film Stops It Coming Back
EverPURE is a chemical which covalently bonds to all your surfaces, becoming an antimicrobial film, to prevent mold from coming back. It's non-toxic and family safe. It destroys any new mold spores as outlined below:
Covalent Bond
EverPURE is fogged onto all your surfaces where it forms a covalent bond. This means it becomes one with the surface. It's both imperceptible and completely safe.
Attracts & Kills
EverPURE electrostatically attracts mold spores to it, destroying them on contact. The mold spores are punctured by carbon spikes which form a microscopic bed of nails.
