How We Treat the Mold

01

We Find It

We'll inspect your property to find any visible mold growth and identify its likely cause(s). Our air testing options will shed light on the scale of the problem. Air samples are collected and sent for analysis in an accredited third-party lab.

02

We Treat It

Our patented VaPure dry fog technology uses positive air pressure to help distribute treatment throughout the affected areas, including many areas that may be difficult to access with traditional remediation methods.

03

We Reduce Future Growth

After treatment, we apply an antimicrobial protectant in accordance to help treat and control mold growth on affected surfaces. We also evaluate contributing moisture sources in the environment to help reduce conditions that can contribute to future mold development.

inspection

We Inspect Your Property Prior To Remediation

Effective mold treatment starts with understanding why the problem exists. Through a detailed property inspection, specialized tools, and testing methods, we identify contributing conditions and develop an approach tailored to your home.

Property Inspection

We'll examine various aspects of your property's history, including any past water damage or structural issues. Our technicians will also check the status of your HVAC system and assess other factors that could affect the effectiveness of our treatment.

Specialized Equipment

We use specialized equipment such as moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, boroscope, hygrometer, a Zefon pump, and more to thoroughly assess your property for mold. If mold is not visible, we offer additional air sampling tests.

How Our Dry Fog Treatment Works

InstaPURE is the sterilant component of our mold removal treatment. It’s the stage of treatment that treats and controls mold on hard, non-porous surfaces. It does so by:

Non-Toxic Sterilant

We treat the property with our dry fog, which contains our patented, non-toxic sterilant InstaPURE. It works by chemically eroding the cell wall (lysis) and denaturing the protein within.

Reaches Everywhere

Our fogger condenses the molecule size of the sterilant giving it its characteristic 'dryness'. This means it can't condense on surfaces. It fills a room until it's completely saturated the airspace and is touching every non-porous surface.

protection

Our Antimicrobial Provides Ongoing Surface Protection

EverPURE is a chemical that covalently bonds to hard, non-porous surfaces, becoming an antimicrobial film that helps prevent mold from returning. It’s non-toxic when used as directed. It helps control new mold spores as outlined below:

Covalent Bond

EverPURE is applied to hard, non-porous surfaces where it forms a covalent bond. This means it becomes one with the surface. It’s imperceptible and non-toxic when used as directed.

Attracts & Inhibits

EverPURE electrostatically attracts mold spores to it, inhibiting them on contact. The mold spores are punctured by carbon spikes which form a microscopic bed of nails.

testing

Post Treatment Air Tests to Evaluate Treatment Effectiveness

When you've had your home treated for mold, it's important to have post-treatment testing done to help evaluate effectiveness and provide objective data about indoor air conditions.

Third-Party Lab

We use third-party, accredited laboratories to test the post-treatment air samples we collect from your home to ensure impartiality and the highest levels of professionalism and rigor.

Treatment Verification

The data from post-treatment testing helps evaluate treatments effectiveness and provides documentation of environment conditions at the time of testing.
It's designed to show the effectiveness of our treatment and give peace of mind.
